A gift crafted for an old boss. This hefty cleaver was forged from a piece of 15n20 for greater corrosion resistance, though still being high carbon. The blade is a bit more unique than a standard cleaver as the one side has a hollow grind for easy food release. The handle is made of bocote with a pearlescent maroon and black acrylic bolster.
